RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept exchanges only on sealed and unopened beauty product, candles, unworn shoes and clothing within 10 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges that are not authorized or unsealed, and or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please email Privileged1boutique@gmail.com for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-48 hours.

Also once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If in the event you order something and it’s incorrect, we will offer an exchange to purchase another item. There are absolutely no returns.
Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
